    How To Make Easy/Delicious Chocolate Chip Cookies

    Watch the Video

    Ingredients:
    2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1 tsp Selt
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    3/4 up Granulated Sugar
    3/4 Cup Firmly Packed Brown Sugar
    1 Cup Unsalted Butter Softened
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Eggs
    10 oz. Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
    1 Cup Chopped Nuts (Optional)

    Directions:
    First, preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

    In a small to medium sized mixing bowl,
    combine flour,
    salt,
    and baking soda.

    Set this dry mix aside,
    and pull out a new large mixing bowl.

    In that large mixing bowl,
    combine brown sugar,
    granulated sugar,
    softened unsalted butter,
    and vanilla extract.

    Beat until creamy.

    Then beat in eggs.

    Gradually add dry ingredients
    and mix well.

    Stir in chocolate chips
    and if you want, you can stir in nuts as well.

    Drop batter by rounded tablespoon onto a baking sheet
    lined with parchment paper as shown in our video.

    Bake cookies for 10-12 minutes.

    Serve with milk and enjoy!

    How to Make Butterscotch Chocolate Chip Oatmeal
    Cookies

    Ingredients:
    1 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1 Cup Butter (2 Sticks) Softened
    3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    3/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    2 Large Eggs
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 Cups Quick or Old-Fashioned Oats
    1 1/3 Cup Chocolate and Butterscotch Chips (Ratio Can be Modified)

    Directions:
    In a medium sized mixing bowl combine flour, baking soda,
    salt, and cinnamon.

    Mix together.

    Soften butter by microwaaving for 15-30 seconds.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine softened butter,
    granulated sugar, brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract.

    Mix well.
    Gradually add flour mixture as shown in our video.

    Fold or mix in oats.

    Then add chocolate and butterscotch chips (Ratio can be modified).

    Preheat oven to 375 Degrees Fahrenheit.

    Line a baking pan with parchment paper
    and drop onto parchment paper by rounded TBSP.

    Bake for 7-8 Minutes.

    When it has finished let cool for 2 minutes and enjoy!

    Bagels

    How to make Easy Organic Bagels

    Ingredients:
    1 1/4 Cup Water
    4 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour or Bead Flower
    (Bread Flour Recommended)
    3 TBSP White Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    2 TBSP Butter Melted
    1 TBSP Instant Yeast
    1 Cup Honey (Optional)

    Directions:
    In a Large Mixing Bowl, combine water, flour, sugar, salt, and melted butter. Mix well.
    Make sure to use a dough hook as displayed in our video.

    Mix on low for 8 minutes or until a small piece of dough the size of a walnut can stretch and make a translucent "windowpane" as displayed in video.

    Put into a lightly oiled bowl. Let rest for two hours, not overnight.

    Punch down dough. Place dough on a lightly floured worksurface and use a dough scraper or knife to divide the dough into seven or more peices for smaller bagels.

    Flatten each peice into a circle, poke your whole through the middle with you thumb and stretch (as shown in video) and now you have a bagel!

    Bring one gallon of water to a boil (you can add honey to the water to give it a nice shiny delicious look).
    Boil three bagels at a time, one minute on each side.
    Then place them onto a lined baking sheet with parchment paper.

    Preheat oven to 450 Degrees Fahrenheit. Bake for 15-20 minutes.
    Add cream cheese and enjoy! Optional garnishes below:

    Gingerbread

    How to Make Delicious Gingerbread Cookies

    Ingredients:
    3 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1 1/2 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1 tsp Ginger
    1/2 Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
    1/2 Cup Butter Softened
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1/2 Cup Molasses
    1 Egg

    Directions:
    In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, cinnamon, ginger, baking soda, salt, and ground cloves. Mix well.

    Soften butter by putting it in the microwave for 10-20 seconds. Move the dry ingredient bowl to the side and get a new medium sized mixing bowl.
    In it, combine the softened butter, and sugar. Mix well.

    Then add the molasses and the egg. Mix well as seen in video.

    Gradually add dry ingredient mixture to wet ingredient mixture as seen in video.

    Make into one large ball. Cut ball of dough in half.
    wrap each piece in Saran wrap.
    Refrigerat for 30-60 minutes.

    Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. On a lightly floured work surface, flatten dough ball to the thickness of about a 1/4 of an inch.

    Then gently place cookie-cutters of your choice onto dough as seen in video.

    Place cookies onto your parchment lined baking sheet.

    Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit.
    Bake for 17-20 minutes.

    When done, let cool for five minutes, then place on a cooling wrack.
    Frost and enjoy!

    Makes about 3-4 dozen cookies

    Gingerbread

    How to Make Duncan Hines® Cherry swirl Cheesecake

    Ingredients:
    Crust:
    1/4 Cup Butter Melted
    1 Cup Graham Cracker Crumbs

    Cheesecake:
    3 Packages (8 oz. each) of Cream Cheese,
    Softened
    3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    3 Eggs
    3/4 Cup Duncan Hines Wilderness Original
    Country Cherry Pie Filling & Topping (split)

    Directions:
    Melt Butter for 45 Seconds. Pour Butter into Medium sized bowl.

    Then crush 1 cup Graham Crackers as shown in our video.

    Pour Graham Cracker Crumbs into the same medium sized bowl and stir until it is all together.
    Then pour crust mixture into 9 inch Pie Pan. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Bake crust for 10 minutes.

    Then in a large mixing bowl add cream cheese softened.
    Stir until smooth as shown in our video.

    Add sugar to cream cheese.
    Beat until smooth and fluffy.

    Add Vanilla extract and eggs (non-beaten).
    Beat until smooth.

    Pour mix into pie dish.
    Top with 1/2 Cup Duncan Hines Wilderness Original Country Cherry Pie Filling & Topping® Before baking. Then Bake at 350 Degrees for 45 Minutes.

    After it has finished, let cool completelyRefrigerate for at least 4 hours after cooling.

    How to make Chocolate Chia Pudding

    Ingredients:
    2 TBSP Cacao Powder
    2 TBSP Maple Syrup
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 Cup Almond Milk
    1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
    1 oz. Chocolate Chips (optional)
    1 oz. Blueberries (optional)

    Directions:
    In a medium sized mixing bowl, combine cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract, almond milk, and chia seeds.

    Mix well as shown in our video.
    Let sit for 15 minutes. It will have started to gel.

    If your chia pudding hasn't started to gel, your chia seeds might be old.

    Mix again.

    Cover and refrigerate for 4 hours or overnight.

    After it has been refrigerated, it should have the consistency of pudding. Enjoy!

    Optional Garnishes:
    Put a serving size of chia pudding in a jar or bowl.

    Shred chocolate chips as shown in our video, and sprinle over the top of your chia pudding.

    Then add bluberries. Add more chocolate chip dust to the top and enjoy!

    How to Make Chocolate Butter Logs

    Ingredients:
    1 Cup Butter
    1/2 Cup Powdered Sugar
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 tsp Almond Extract
    2 Cups Flour
    Sprinkles
    2/3 Cup Chocolate Chips Melted

    Directions:
    Soften butter by microwaving for 30 seconds.

    Pour melted butter into medium sized bowl.
    Add Powdered Sugar and mix until light and fluffy.

    Add vanilla and almond extract.
    Mix well. Gradually add flour as shown in our video.

    Mix well. Place parchment paper onto a baking tray and take a spoonful of dough and put it onto baking sheet as shown in our video.

    Press the top with a fork as shown in our video.

    Add sprinkles to the top of each cookie.

    Preheat oven to 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Cook for 10-20 Minutes.

    Let cool on cooling rack.
    Add chocolate chips to a small sized bowl. Melt Chocolate Chips.

    Add melted chocolate to the bottom of each cookie as shown in our video.

    Let Chocolate Harden and enjoy!

    Pumpkin Pie

    How to Make Pumpkin Pie with Pie Pumpkins

    Ingredients:
    2 Cups Pumpkin Puree from Pie Pumpkin
    2 Eggs
    14 oz. can of sweetened condensed milk
    1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 tsp Nutmeg
    1 1/2 tsp Ginger
    1/8 tsp Cloves
    1/2 tsp Cloves
    9 inch Pie Crust

    Directions:
    Split your pie pumpkin in half and scoop out the insides. Place both remaining pumpkin halves on a baking sheet topped with parchment paper. Bake at 350 degrees fahrenheit for 45 minutes. When they are finished, scoop out the pumpkin puree from the pumpkins as shown in our video. Beat well. Add eggs, sweetened condensed milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, ginger,cloves, and salt. Mix well. Use a 9 inch baking pan with a 9 inch pie crust. Puncture small holes in the bottom of the pie crust as shown in our video. Bake just the pie crust at 425 Degrees Fahrenhet for 10 minutes. When it's finished, pour the filling into the crust. cover the pie with aluminum foil. Poke a hole in the middle of the alluminum foil and peel the aluminum foil back so that it only covers the crust. If you don't know how to do this, you can watch our video on how to make this with the link above. Bake at 425 Degrees Fahrenheit for 10 minutes. After the timer has ended, bake for anothe 30 minutes at 350 Degrees Fahrenheit. Take a toothpick and puncture the top of the pie. If the tooth pick comes out clean your pie is finished, if it didn't come out clean, your pie may need to bake for a little longer. Slice, serve, top with whip cream, and enjoy!

    Ingredients:
    3 Large Eggs
    1 Handfull Chopped Spinach
    4 Chopped Up Tomatoes
    1/2 Chopped Up Onion
    1 TBSP Avocado/Olive Oil
    1/3 Cup Shredded Cheese

    Directions:
    In a small sized bowl, beat eggs.

    Chop up spinach, tomatoes, and onions.

    Put them all in one bowl and mix well.

    Add Oil to pan. Pour beaten eggs into pan.

    Wait a few seconds, then add veggies.

    Fold eggs/omlet in half.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese over the top of eggs/omlet.

    Then turn off the stove and and put on the lid.

    Wait a little bit for it to cook.

    Then take off lid, serve, and enjoy!

    5 Handfulls of Lettuce
    1 TBSP Bazil
    1 TBSP Savory
    1/3 of a Cucumber
    4 Tomatoes
    1/4 Cup Cheese2 TBSP Dressing of your Choice

    Directions:
    Put 5 handfulls of lettuce into a medium sized bowl.

    Add bazil and savory.
    Mix well.

    Cut up cucumber into small pieces
    as shown in our video.

    Add cucumbers to salad bowl and mix.

    Cut up tomatoes and add to salad and mix.

    Then add shredded cheese
    and shake until it is all together.

    Add any dressing, shake,
    and enjoy!

    How to Make Lime Chia
    Pudding

    Ingredients:
    1/4 Cup Fat Free Greek Yogurt
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    Zest from 1 Lime
    Juice from 1 Lime
    1/4 Cup Chia Seeds
    3/4 Cup Almond Milk
    1 TBSP Agave, Maple Syrup, or Sugar

    Directions:
    In a medium sized mixing bowl,
    combine Greek Yogurt, Vanilla Extract,
    Lime Zest, and Lime Juice.

    Then mix well.
    After it is completey together,
    add chia seeds, almond milk,
    and agave, maple syrup, or sugar.

    After it is completely together,

    refrigerate for four hours overnight.

    How to Make the
    Best Meatloaf

    Ingredients:
    1 Ib. Ground Beef
    1 Cup Dried Bread Crumbs
    1/2 TBSP Dried Onion Powder
    1/2 Cup Milk
    1 Large Egg Beaten
    2 TBSP Ketchup
    1 TBSP Worstesteshire
    1 tsp Dried Parsley
    3/4 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Ground Bell Pepper (Optional)

    Topping:
    1/4 Cup Ketchup
    2 TBSP Packed Light Brown Sugar
    1 TBSP Red Wine Vinegar

    Directions:
    Preheat Oven to 350 Degrees.
    In a large Bowl, add
    all the ingredients in
    the order as they are
    in the ingredients section above except for the topping ingredients.

    Mix ingredients until it is all together.

    Use your hands to mix.

    Put meat mixture into a loaf pan.

    Pat the meat down until it is even.

    After that is done, it is time to make the topping.

    Before you bake the meat, you will need to add the topping

    Add all of the topping ingredients only to a small bowl. Stir until it is together.

    Pour topping onto meat loaf and spread over the top to make an even layer.

    Bake uncovered for 55 minutes.

    After it has finished baking, let rest for 8-10 minutes.

    Serve with mashed potatoes for best experience and enjoy!

    How to Make Delicious Sloppy Joes

    Ingredients:
    2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
    1 Ib. Ground Beef (or Turkey)
    8 oz. Tomato Sauce
    1/2 Cup Ketchup
    2 TBSP Brown Sugar
    1 TBSP Worcestershire Sauce
    1 tsp Mustard
    1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
    1/4 tsp Onion Powder
    Hamburger Buns (Optional)

    Directions:
    In a large Pan on medium low heat
    with a few drops of extra virgin olive oil,
    saute garlic for about 1-2 minutes or until it is light brown.

    Raise heat to medium or medium-high.

    Add Ground Beef and cook until it is not pink anymore breaking apart as it cooks.

    Drain grease from meat.

    Now make the sauce.
    Stir together tomato sauce,
    ketchup,
    brown sugar,
    worchestershire sauce,
    mustard,
    garlic powder,
    and onion powder. You can add ground black pepper to add taste.

    Combine completely.

    Then pour over browned meat.

    Stir until it has all come together.

    Let it simmer for a few minutes
    (The more you let it simmer, the more the flavor will combine).

    Serve on buns, rolls or plain and enjoy!

    Ingredients:
    3 Eggs
    1 1/4 Cup Packed Light Brown Sugar
    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1 12-oz Jar Creamy Peanut butter
    1 Stick of butter Softened
    1/2 Cup Multicolored Chocolate Candies

    Directions:

    In a very large mixing bowl, combine eggs, brown sugar, and granulated sugar.

    Mix well.

    Then add salt, vanilla extract,
    peanut butter, and butter.

    Mix Well.

    Stir in chocolate candies,

    baking soda, and oatmeal.

    When it is all together,

    Do not over bake as it will hinder the taste.

    Ingredients:
    1 Cup Butter Softened
    3/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Almond Extract
    2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 1/3 Cup Moist, Flaked Coconut
    24 Maraschino Cherries, Halved

    Directions:

    1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar (Plus additional for topping)
    1/2 Cup Dark Molasses
    2 Eggs lightly beaten
    4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    2 1/4 tsp Baking Soda
    2 1/4 tsp Ground Ginger
    1 1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Salt

    Directions:

    In a large mixing bowl,
    cream butter
    and sugar until light and fluffy.

    Beat in molasses and
    eggs.

    In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and salt.

    Gradually add the dry ingredient mixture to the creamed mixture.

    Once it has finished combining, cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

    Shape dough into 1 1/2 inch balls.

    How to Make The Best
    Homemade Chocolate Pudding

    1 Cup Sugar
    1/4 Cup Corn Starch
    1/2 tsp Salt
    2 TBSP Butter
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 Cup Baking Cocoa
    4 Cups Whole Milk
    *Optional: Homemade Whipped Cream & M&Ms to Decorate with

    Directions:
    In saucepan,
    combine sugar, cocoa, corn starch, and salt.

    Whisk together to combine.

    Then gradually add milk.

    Bring to a boil
    over medium heat.

    Boil/Stir for 2 minutes.

    Then remove it from the heat
    and stir in butter
    and vanilla extract.

    Then spoon pudding into individual dishes
    and chill until it is served.

    If desired, you can garnish with whipped cream
    and M&Ms.

    How to Make The
    Best Fudge Ever

    Ingredients:
    4 1/2 Cups Sugar
    1 Can evaporated Milk
    24 oz. Semisweet Chocolate Chips
    7 oz. Jar of Marshmallow Fluff
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/4 tsp Salt
    *Optional: 1 Cup Nuts

    Directions
    Combine sugar, butter, milk, and salt in a saucepan.

    Bring to a roiling boil for 5 minutes
    and DO NOT STIR.

    Then remove from heat
    and add the chocolate chips, marshmallow fluff, vanilla extract, and if you want, you can add the nuts here aswell.

    (TIP: Instead of adding nuts to the actual batter, we recommend that you toast the nuts and sprinkle them on the top of the finished fudge.
    We recommend this since when you put them in the actual batter, the nuts will most likely become rubbery.)

    Then stir completely.

    Pour into a slightly greased/buttered baking pan
    and refrigerate 4 hours to overnight
    or until solid.

    How to Make
    Perfect Key Lime Pie

    Ingredients:

    Crust Ingredients:
    2 Cups Graham Cracker Crumbs
    1/3 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1/4 Cup Toasted Coconut Very Finely Chopped
    1/4 Cup Toasted Chopped Almonds or Pecans-Very finely chopped
    Pinch of Salt
    8 TBSP Unsalted Butter Melted

    Filling Ingredients:
    9 Large Egg Yolks
    1 TBSP + 1 tsp Fresh Lime Zest
    28 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk,
    1 Cup + 1 TBSP Key Lime Juice

    Directions:
    Combine all crust ingredients in a large bowl.

    Then press the mixture into a pie pan,
    lining the bottom & sides.

    Bake only the crust for 10-12 minutes at 350 F.

    While it bakes, in a large bowl,
    whisk egg yolks and lime zest.

    Whisk in sweetened condensed milk.

    Then add key lime juice and whisk to combine.

    Remove baked crust from the oven
    and immediately reduce the heat to 325 F.

    Pour filling into the hot crust.

    Bake for 18-20 minutes.

    When it is complete,
    the filling should be able to vibrate.

    When it has finished, let it cool until it has set. Serve with whip cream snd enjoy!

    6 Apples (Preferably Granny Smith)
    Half a Lemon Juice
    1/4 Cup Granulated Sugar
    1/4 Cup Brown Sugar
    1/4 Cup All-Purpose Flour
    1/4 tsp Ground Cloves
    1/4 tsp Allspice
    1 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
    1/4 tsp Nutmeg
    Dash of Salt
    1 Large Egg
    1 tsp Water

    Directions:

    Heat up a sauce pan and put the butter into it. Let it melt at low heat. Then, while it melts, wash, peel, and cut apples into slices or cubes. Put apple slices/cubes into a large bowl and squeeze 1/2 a lemon onto them to stop them from turning brown. Mix in lemon juice. Then, head back over to the stove. Once the butter is melted, add the sugars, flour, spices, and salt to melted butter. Mix on very low heat until it has become a paste as shown in our video. Once it has become a paste, immediately remove it from heat, turn off the stove, and pour over apples slices/cubes. Stir until all apples are well coated. Then take out a pie pan and put the pie crust in it. You may use any type of pie crust, but if you want to use homemade, we have recipe and video for it on this site. Cut the edges around the pie crust to be 1/2 an inch away from the pie pan. Once finished, Add the apple mix. Spread around evenly. Put a baking sheet in the oven and preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Then put anoher pie crust over the top. Fold the edges for the bottom layer pie crust over the top layer pie crust and crimp with a fork. Then cut 4-8 slits into the middle top of the pie. Once finished, take the egg and the water and mix it. then spread over the top of the pie with a brush. Then take cinnamon sugar (this is an optional step) and sprinkle it over the top of the pie. Bake for 15 minutes. After it has finished, reduce heat to 350 degrees F and bake for another 20 minutes. Once it's finished, rotate the pie 180 degrees and boke for 20 more minutes. After it's finished, take pie out of the oven and let cool for 2 hours for best consistency. Then, when it has finished cooling, serve with ice cream or whip cream and enjoy!

    Pumpkin Pie

    Ingredients:

    1 1/2 Cups Sugar
    1 tsp Ground Cinnamon
    2 tsp Ground Ginger
    1/2 tsp Ground Cloves
    4 Large Eggs
    30oz Pumpkin Puree
    24oz Evaporated Milk
    2 Unbaked 9-inch Deep-Dish Pie Shells or Homemade Pie Crust

    Directions:

    In a small bowl, combine sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger, and cloves. Mix together. Then, in a large bowl, beat eggs. Once the eggs are beaten, stir in pumpkin puree. When it's mixed together, gradually add sugar-spice mixture.

    When everything is combined, gradually stir in evaporated milk.

    Once finished, pour pie mixture into pie shells. You can use any type of pie crust/shell,
    but we recommend homemade pie crust (The recipe for homemade pie crust is on this site). After filling the pie shells, preheat the oven to 425 F.

    When the oven is preheated bake the pie for 15 minutes.
    When it's done, reduce heat to 350 F and bake for another 40-50 or until you can stick a knife into the middle of the pie and it comes out clean. (For shallow pies, bake for 20-30 minutes)

    Once it has finished baking, remove from oven, turn the oven off, and let the pie cool on a wire rack for two hours.
    Serve with some homemade whip cream and enjoy!

    How to Make Crispy

    Potato Chips

    Ingredients:

    1 or More Potatoes
    Oil, Butter, or Lard(Amount depends on how many potato chips you make)
    Salt(Amount depends on how many potato chips you make)

    Directions:
    Take your potato(es) and cut it in half.
    Then take each half and slice it.

    We used a slicer in our video, but you can use a knife.
    Make sure to keep you fingers clear of the blade at all times.

    Once you have sliced you potatoes into thin 'chips', grease a pan or skillet using oil, butter, or lard. Make sure there is a thick layer of grease.

    Then you can put on the sliced potatoes. Space them about 1 cm away from each other.
    Turn the stove on to medium heat and cook the potatoes until brown bubbles appear on the top of the potatoes.

    Once the brown bubbles appear, you may flip the chips. Continue doing this until the chips are crispy.

    Once finished, put chips on a baking pan lined with parchment paper, salt, and bake for 2-4 minutes. This will make them extra crispy and not soggy.

    Once they have finished baking, take them out, salt them, and let them cool. Once cooled, serve on plate or store in plastic bags.

    How to Make Delicious
    Original White Bread

    Ingredients:

    2 Cups Warm Water-110 F
    1/2 Cup White Sugar
    1 1/2 TBSP Active Dry Yeast
    1 1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 Cup Melted Butter
    5-6 Cups All-Purpose or Bread Flour

    Directions:

    In a large bowl or stand mixer, dissolve 2 TBSP of the 1/2 Cup Sugar in the warm water. Slightly whisk to dissolve sugar. Stir in yeast. Proof for 5 minutes or until yeast has become creamy.

    Once finished, add in remaining sugar, salt, and butter. Mix using a dough hook or dough scraper (shown in our video). Add flour one cup at a time reserving last cup, since it may not be needed. After adding the first five cups of flour, check if dough is sticking to sides of bowl. If so, keep adding flour by TBSP until it isn't sticking to bowl except on bottom the size of a quarter. If it isn't, mixing part is done!

    Remove dough from mixing bowl with a dough scraper and knead for seven minutes. Then place dough in a well-oiled bowl (make sure to coat all sides of the bowl) and cover with a damp cloth.

    Let rise for 40-60 minutes in a warm area until its size has doubled.
    Punch down and knead for one more minute. Split in half. Place each half in a greased loaf pan.

    Allow to rise in loaf pans for 30-40 minutes. Bake at 350 F for 30-40 minutes. After it has finished baking, take it out of the oven, turn the oven off, and let bread cool before cutting for best results.

    Then cut a slice, spread butter over the top, and enjoy!

    Peanut Butter Kiss Cookies

    Ingredients:

    1 Cup Granulated Sugar
    2 Cups Brown Sugar, Packed
    1 Cup Butter Softened
    1 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter
    4 TBSP Milk
    2 tsp Vanilla Extract
    2 Eggs
    3 1/2 Cups Flour
    1 tsp Baking Soda
    1 tsp Salt
    Chocolate Kisses

    Directions:

    In a mixing bowl (preferably a stand mixer) combine sugars, butter, peanut butter, milk, vanilla, and eggs.
    Blend until the mixture is smooth and there are no big chunks of butter. Once finished, mix in flour, baking soda, and salt.
    Once the mixture is completely combined, take a spoonful of dough and form into a ball. Afterwards, roll the balls in sugar, place on a baking sheet (Optional: lined with parchment paper) and bake for 10-12 minutes at 375 F.

    Once they have finished baking, remove them from the oven and place one chocolate kiss on the top of each cookie.
    Bake for an additional 2 minutes. Then, when they are done, let them cool completely. Serve with milk and enjoy!

    Ingredients:

    4 1/2 Cups Flour
    3 3/4 tsp Baking Powder
    1 1/2 tsp
    1 1/2-2 Cups Milk (Depends on How the Dough Turns out)
    4 1/2 TBSP Vegetable Oil or Butter

    Directions:

    In a stand mixer bowl, combine flour, baking powder, salt, 1 1/2 cups of the milk, and vegetable oil or butter.

    Mix together until they are completely combined.
    Continue adding milk and/or butter (depends on if your dough is too dry or too wet) until dough is not sticking to the sides of the bowl (As shown in our video).

    Once it is combined and has the right consistency, knead on a floured surface until it is completely combined. Then roll out the dough, cut it in half, and use a cup to cut out the dough rounds.

    Then turn the stove on to medium-low heat and oil pan.
    Then place dough rounds in the pan and cook for about 3-5 minutes on each side.

    Once finished, split in half with a fork,
    toast (if desired), butter, and, most of all, enjoy!

    Pie Crust

    Ingredients:

    3 Cups Flour
    1 1/4 Cup Butter or Shortening (Use Butter for the Best taste)
    1tsp Salt
    1 Egg Well Beaten
    5 TBSP Water
    1 TBSP Vinegar

    Directions:

    In a medium-large sized bowl, cutbutter/shortening into the flour and salt (Sift flour and salt for best results).

    Then in a new small bowl, combine well beaten egg, water, and vinegar.

    Pour the liquid ingredients into the flour mixture
    and blend with a spoon just until flour is all moistened.

    Then take the pie crust out of the bowl
    and knead it until it is "doughish" looking as shown in our video.

    Once finished, put it into the same bowl or a new bowl and refrigerate until use.

    How to Make Fun
    and Tasty Easter Cookies

    Ingredients:

    2 1/2 Cups All-Purpose Flour
    1/2 tsp Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp Cream of Tartar or 1 tsp Vinegar
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1 Cup Butter, softenedl 1 1/2 Cups Granulated Sugar
    1 Egg
    1 tsp Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tsp Almond Extract
    Food Coloring, Pink/Red, Yellow, Blue, Green
    Maraschino Cherries, Halved

    Directions:

    In a medium sized bowl, combine baking soda, cream of tartar/vinegar, and salt. Once combined, set aside. Now, in a new mixing bowl, beat butter until soft. Then add egg and mix well. Once completely mixed, add sugar, vanilla extract, and almond extract. After mixing well, gradually add dry ingredients.

    Once complete, take the dough out of the mixing bowl and onto a lightly foured surface. Roll into a ball. If the dough is too sticky to handle, refrigerate for a couple hours. Then divide dough into four parts and color each part a different color using the food coloring as shown in our video. Once the dough is completely colored, take a part of each colored dough and roll it into a 3/4" ball.

    Place one ball of each color in a square touching each other on cookie sheet with parchment paper. Take a lightly floured bread scraper or something flat and press down on the dough balls as shown in our video. Add half a cherry to the top-middle of each cookie. Bake at 350F degrees for 10 minutes. Once finished, remove from oven and let cool. Once cooled move onto a plate, grab a glass of milk, and enjoy!

    Makes about 1-3 dozen cookies, depending on size of each cookie.

    How to Make
    Flavorful Beef Stew

    Ingredients:
    1 Ib Stew Beef or Cubed Chuck Roast
    1/2 tsp Salt
    1/4 tsp Pepper
    2 TBSP Olive Oil Divided
    1 Small Onion-Diced
    2 Cloves Garlic Minced
    3 oz. Tomato Paste
    4 Cups Beef Broth
    1 TBSP Worcestershire Sause
    2 Ib Yukon Gold Potatoes-Cubed
    3 Carrots, Sliced into Discs
    1 TBSP Fresh Parsley Chopped
    *Optional: Add flour or corn starch early in the process to thicken. Amount varies according to your liking. Suggested amount: 2 TBSP

    Directions:
    First, season the beef with salt and pepper. In a stock pot over medium-high heat add 1 TBSP olive oil. Once heated, add cubed stew meat and seat on all sides. Remove beef and set aside.

    Reduce heat to medium . Add 1 TBSP olive oil to pot. Add diced onions and cook for two minutes. Add garlic and cook for another minute. Add tomato paste and stir. Make sure to coat the onions and garlic. Then add beef broth and worcestershire sauce. Use a whisk and scrape the bottom of the pan to deglaze and incorporate any brown bits in broth.

    Add beef back to broth and bring to a boil. Then cover and reduce heat to low. Let simmer for 1 hour.

    Then add potatoes and carrots. Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes. Enjoy!
